Looks so good, but isn’t it time to remove those decals already.

Those aren’t the real lights ???? /s

I will be so glad when they release the car tomorrow, and we can finally stop seeing people comment about the ‘lights’ on IG and Twitter. Well, lets hope we stop seeing those comments.

Also hoping the range in ‘Range’ (eco) mode is 310 or above.

Two comments:

1. I’m surprised they allowed that, although the Hornet is a foundation that probably benefited from a hefty contribution from Porsche and

2. How much do you suppose a brake job on that car would cost? $6,000, maybe?

Pr obably more than I personally want to guess.

BUT, if they are carbon ceramic and the car utilizes regenerative braking then they may last a looooong time.

That’s p retty nuts. I’v e been getting a kick out of the Tesla faithful who have started to talk down this car as stuff like this comes out. Their comments are usually silly.

My only qualm with the car  at this point is that it will likely start way above any price point I could afford in the near future.

Costs a lot of money to run a museum ship, and I get the impression that the Hornet is in a more tenuous situation than most. They also have a smaller aircraft collection than the other carrier museums, which no doubt makes it easier to clear enough of the deck.
